Kristina Allen is a dynamic professional renowned for her diverse leadership background and management experience spanning various industries including golf, finance, construction, and event coordination. With a track record of optimizing operations and enhancing customer experiences, Kristina excels in fostering high-performing teams and surpassing organizational goals. Currently serving as Office Manager & Team Leader at H2O Amenity Group Inc. in Ottawa, she leads and mentors personnel while adeptly managing operations, executing human resources duties, and overseeing office budgeting.  

 

In her previous role as Director of Golf Operations at Emerald Links Golf and Country Club, Kristina spearheaded all aspects of golf operations, significantly enhancing customer experiences and increasing revenue through innovative marketing strategies. Armed with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, a Graduate Certificate in Event Management, and various certifications, Kristina combines academic knowledge with extensive practical experience, consistently delivering exceptional results and driving success in every endeavor.
