Justin Dyer

About Me

Justin Dyer is a dynamic entrepreneur with over 20 years of expertise in vertical markets, including condominiums, rentals, and hotels. As the Chief Executive Officer of H2O Amenity Group, he has established the company as a leading provider of comprehensive solutions for indoor and outdoor amenity design and management. Additionally, Justin has founded two other companies—Innofit Inc., a licensed property management firm specializing in innovative amenity design, procurement and operation, and Condo Concierge Ltd., which offers concierge and security services. As an OLCM (General License) Property Manager, his visionary leadership and operational excellence have redefined industry standards across these sectors. 

An active member of the Standards Council of Canada (SCC), Justin contributes to the ISO/TC 83 committee on sports and recreational facilities and equipment; specifically focusing on AI incorporation in the Life Saving industry. He has served as a condominium board director for over a decade, demonstrating his commitment to good governance and public service. In 2021, he launched Pool School, a not-for-profit initiative providing free lifeguard training to address the global shortage. Through his diverse business and civic efforts, Justin continues to make a lasting impact in the amenity, property management, and security industries.
